This is it. The blog, the bloggity blog as I like to call it. Where I will attempt to keep you up to date on the haps around the studio and what's been going on in my life.
My story? What is my story? Most of ya'll know it. I'm an open book. I love my girl. I love my job (I seriously hate to call it a job, because no job should rock this much). But, most importantly, I love my life!
My clients are my friends. When we first meet, it will be strictly business. You may have heard of me but, you probably don't know me. I guarantee when you leave the studio, our relationship will be more than just that of photographer/client.

Sooo, sweet Baby B traveled a long way to come celebrate her 1st birthday with us at the studio. She was such a sweetie pie and absolutely ADORABLE!! Just wait until you see those cheeks! And, the girl had a fabulous wardrobe!

I heart Melodi. She is so super sweet! She was scheduled to come into the studio with all the other spokesmodels for the big senior shoot but couldn’t because she had church camp. I am sooo glad that we could get our schedules together and get her in the studio. She is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside!
Melodi is a senior at Decatur Heritage Christian Academy and I must say, I LOVE DHCA girls! I had a blast with all the DHCA Class of 2010 senior girls and I can’t wait to meet this years’ group too!!

Delissa dropped by the studio one afternoon with her mom inquiring about senior portraits. Lucky me!! I didn’t have a spokesmodel for West Morgan High School yet and she volunteered! She was great and the camera LOVED her!!!

That’s so Raven!! Yes, I did. I started with that. I couldn’t help it. I soooo sorry! But, this girl was FABULOUSITY as the famous Kimora Lee Simmons would say! She came in quiet and reserved and so polite… and I heart her! Such a sweetheart and bee-u-tee-ful!
Raven is a senior at Addison High School where she is a cheerleader and LOVES being in pageants! She enjoys shopping, being with friends and rap music! (A girl after my own heart)

First of all…wowzas! This girl will knock your socks off. She is tall and absolutely beautiful and best of all, sweet as pie!
Kristie is senior at Addison High School and is an all around kinda girl! She loves being outdoors.. hunting, fishing, riding 4-wheelers and horses. She also likes hanging out with her friends, modeling and meeting new people. Her fav colors are blue, pink, white, silver, turquoise, and lime green! Kristie is involved in Varsity Softball, Track, Beta and Key Club at Addison.

Here you go girl… you rocked it out!!
Normally when we head down to the beach I always have sessions but, this time I didn’t. I took all my gear anyway because I knew I’d want to photograph something and not have and I am soooo glad I did! I met Kara the day before we were leaving. She had been trying to find a senior portrait photographer at the beach and had no luck! Fortunately, she knew a friend of a friend of a friend and we hooked up!! She was a trooper! We met at the crack o’ dawn… literally – 5:45 right before sunrise. I must say, the beach was BEAUTIFUL! What was even more exciting was how beautiful she was. We had a few set backs (boo foggy lenses) but, ended the morning with some amazing images. Thanks so much Kara!!! 
Yep. You read it. We’re mixing things up a little this year… don’t worry, fear not, Santa will still be here in November BUT, this year we are offering Christmas in July {outdoor} family sessions!
